The
project wants to realize through
the entailed activities
the following principal products:
An handbook containing a specific
methodology and related tools aimed
at the detection of educational needs
for the one who work in the field
of assistance and education of elder
people;
An handbook aimed at recognizing the
competences acquired by the workers;

A
methodology pattern and a kit, with
related tools and guidelines, for
self-evaluating the service.
These materials, documents and products
will be made available little by little
on the project web-site (see section
"download") to organizations,
individuals and citizens who have
an interest in the abovementioned
field.

This
initiative wants to address the aim
for the services which is the improvement
of their activities,
-by self evaluating themselves with
methodologies and indicators that
emerge from the daily practice
-by enforcing the competences of the
operators,
-through a way of assisted self-training
that shows and codifies both the educational
needs and the informal learning, most
of all the tacit ones, acquired by
the operators in the daily relational
work.
